We purchased a butt welding machine from them, and from the very beginning, it had serious oil leakage issues. Despite providing them with clear evidence, including videos, they refused to take full responsibility, insisting that their product had passed testing before shipment. They claimed the issue might have happened during transportation, but the packaging arrived in perfect condition, and we have worked with the same shipping company for many years without such problems.We are not amature,we already used the same type of machine and know exactly how to operate it. This is for our project , and their lack of support has caused us significant delays and loss.
